Another successful trip to the 99cent store.

All those kids!

I was out shopping with all 5 kids today and a lady came up to us and said, "Don't tell me ALL of those kids are yours!" I proudly responded, "Yes they are all mine." Then she said, "Yeah, I have 5 too."

I was outside watering the plants when Leo yelled through the open window:

"Mommy, John and I are having a lovely, lovely time in here."

Summer Vacation Day 2:

Max & Leo cut up my beautiful plants to make a "salad" while Katie was in the bathroom conducting a "science experiment" that called for an entire can of shaving cream.

What Cow?

Today on our walk, I pointed out the cows on the hill. Katie said that she could not see them. I picked her up and pointed to the top of the hill and said, "See that cow right there?" Katie disappointingly said, "All I can see is that big rock that's moving."

Catherine's 4th Birthday

Thanks to Ray for the wonderful Bagpipe music. It really made the day special.

The kids watched in amazement and Leo turned to me and said "Mommy, is he a Piper?"

It's For You

I called home and Leo answered the phone. I asked him if I could speak to Daddy. This is what I hear:

Leo: "Daddy, it's for you?"

Bobby: "Who is it?"

Leo: "You know, that lady that sleeps in your bed with you."
