Max is Faithful 100 Percent

While getting ready for school this morning, Max remembered he told his teacher that he would bring in a tennis ball. He started running around the house looking for a tennis ball. We tried to convince him that it would be okay if he did not bring it in today. He just kept running around the house saying "I meant what I said, I said what I meant, Max is faithful 100 percent"

Panic and Pancakes

This morning, over pancakes, Bobby was trying to get Max not to panic over every little thing. Bobby asked Max if he knew what "panic" meant and Leo answered "Panic is Spanish for syrup."

First Day De-brief

Max had a very good first day of school, from what we've been able to extract from him. He keeps answering us with "Perhaps". He did miss recess because he took too long eating his snack (shocker!). I'm sure he will eat faster tomorrow now that he knows the stakes. Oh and at the end of the day, Max made sure he told Miss Conklin that she forgot to say the Pledge Of Allegiance. Ah.. I'm sure he's going to be her favorite!

Max's First Day of School

Everyone was very excited

FYI, "SCHOOL" is not a good word for pictures - stick with "CHEESE"

Time to get serious.

One last second of freedom...

Hey now! This Kindergarten ain't so bad after all.

I'm Getting Rusty

Leo was sent to his room this morning for misbehaving. After some time had passed he emerged from his room without permission. I said "Leo. Get back in your room. I did not say you could come out yet." To which he replied. "You make me stay in there too long I get rusty. I get all rusty like an old man."

Just Another Day at the Beach

Okay so we don't get to the beach that often. It was Leo's 4th birthday so we celebrated by spending the day at the beach. This was John's first time on the beach.

The boys love the waves. Last year, "Leo can't wike de wabes."

We had to put John back in his carrier since he was liking the sand a little too much.

This was my view.

We will definitely have to go to the beach more often.
